Our spring honey, harvested by Sister Lyn Szymkiewicz, is a rich light amber color due to the seasonal flowers and plants (mainly tulip and clover) blooming in our garden and orchard. It is available in 12 oz and 16 oz bottles. Note - 4/15/2019: The bees are busy collecting pollen to make the spring honey, so check back in about a month to see if we have been able to collect and bottle it by then.
